What to Expect at Your Appointment
At your initial assessment, we’ll start with a conversation about your symptoms, health history, and goals. With your permission, we’ll then complete a physical assessment, which may include posture, movement, strength testing, and other hands-on tests as needed.
From there, we’ll begin building a personalized treatment plan that may include education, targeted exercises, hands-on therapy, and modalities such as dry needling — all aimed at reducing pain and improving function.
We’ll also discuss how often follow-up sessions are recommended based on your assessment and goals — whether that means just a few visits to get started, or more regular check-ins to guide your recovery.
