Sudbury Physiotherapist

Hey There

I’m Dayna Webster, a Registered Physiotherapist based in Sudbury, Ontario. My primary areas of focus are Musculoskeletal and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. I genuinely love what I do — working with clients one-on-one in the clinic and supporting them as they work toward their goals is incredibly rewarding. There's nothing better than seeing someone gain confidence, strength, and relief through the right treatment and care.

A Bit About My Journey

If you’ve made it this far, I’ll take that as a sign you’re curious to learn a little more about me — so here we go!

Education

I completed my studies at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where I first earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, followed by a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT). (Fun fact: Kingston is also my hometown!)

My Pelvic Health Journey

My interest in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy began when I realized just how underserved and overlooked this area of care truly is. Many people struggle silently with pelvic floor concerns, and that realization inspired me to deepen my training to assist this population.

I’ve completed Pelvic Health Solutions Levels 1 through 3, which focus largely on the assessment and treatment of bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. I’ve also pursued additional training in pregnancy, postpartum care, and the unique changes and challenges associated with menopause.

Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic Training

I'm in the process of completing the Advanced Integrative Musculoskeletal Level 3 certifications, which focus on advanced assessment and hands-on treatment techniques for the spine and extremities. I’ve also completed training in dry needling, which I integrate into treatment when appropriate to help manage pain, release tension, and support overall recovery.

My Approach

My personal goal is to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where clients feel heard and empowered. Every person’s experience is unique, and I work hard to tailor treatment plans that reflect individual goals, comfort levels, and lifestyles — whether it’s managing incontinence or pain, returning to sport, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, or simply feeling more in control of their body.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my husband and our golden retriever. We love to travel, stay active — whether that’s hiking or spending time on the water — and make the most of any chance to be with family and friends.

We’re still exploring everything Sudbury has to offer, so I’m always open to new suggestions — especially ways to support and connect with the local community!
